I really loved and enjoyed this presentation on Johnson. I actually was really interested in Johnson even before watching this video and it was really nice how I could enjoy and at the same time learn more about him.
One of the things I really liked was how you first gave the basic information about JOhnson. This gave a clearer image and understanding about him. I liked how you presented the voting rights act of 1965. You clearly showed how all citizen even blacks could vote. I also liked the CD`s!! I felt like this was a presentation that was really easy to undertand and that they really worked hard to create this presentation.
The presentation was also smooth and it didnt really look like you were just reading off from a script. When you were talking about the social aspects it really looked nice since it looked normal (like you were talking normally and not reading off from a paper or something.)Some parts of the video though were hard to hear since I could sometimes hear other voices and noises. This could be kind of distracting.
The costumes were really nice and I really loved this presentation. The information was detailed and I was able to learn more about him!
I think that the video was really great. It shows us how ready they were ( preparation) and how they rehearsed well. It does not seem like they are reading off a script and it is really good. The skits in between the video presentaion, such as the election voting session, was interesting . Their use of props were creative.

I really really really enjoyed watching this video, especially how you guys, in the end, dressed up as hippies. I could see that it was thoroughly edited and thought through. The little acting portions like the ballot box and teenagers spending a lot of money of music was a good idea too. The quality of the movie and sound was good, which made it even easier for me to understand the presentation. The information was of course, easy to understand and very educational. Though before I haven't even heard the name LBJ, after watching this presentation, I think I know a lot more about him.

I think you guys did a very good job on putting the video together. There are so many information that i found interesting from this video. I really liked how you did your project and I can understands everything.
I really enjoyed watching this video. I liked the way girls dressed as hippies in the end. I also liked the short skits that the girls put after briefly mentioning about LBJ's basic information and answering the question like as a historian.
ReplyDeleteThe information were easy to understand, and it was smooth. Also the quality of the video was quite high and easy to watch. Also it didn't look like they were reading the information from the scripts. Overall, it was very nice and enjoyable and I learned more things about LBJ's presidency.
Very structured and easy to follow. The details of Johnson's attempted restructuring of the United States economy and the effects of the Vietnam War on his decisions and society were detailed and enlightening. The hippies at the end were a welcome surprise as well.

The presentation was organized with full of informations supported with the pictures and acting. Though I think that the use of text might help a little bit more for audience to understand the informations. Well made, and I like the hippies!

Usually when I see the educational video, I wouldn't be paying attention in the video unless it's entertaining. This video was very easy to watch, and entertaining. I could keep attention from the beginning till the end since it was very fun to watch. I also really liked the mask of African American man.
I really enjoyed this video. I liked their ideas; how they acted the people they were talking about, and their speeches were clear and understandable. It made it easier to understand by posting pictures in the back, and acting them. I think this was one of the best videos that i watched. =)

ReplyDeleteAs many people commented, I liked the props and costumes used to explain each scene such as the Voting Right Act, Vietnam War, CDs, and Hippies. The video also had smooth transition and was nicely edited.

ReplyDeleteI think our group did a good job of presenting our information clearly and making our facts easy to understand though our little acting bits. The only difference that I would have made would have been to put in green screen.

I was there for a lot of the filming for this video. I thought the information was very detailed, and I really loved the hippies at the end! I learned a lot about LBJ after watching this , since I did not even know who he was before. Very nice transitions as well! VERY GOOD JOB!!

Well- organaized video. Especially, i was glad that i helped some on their acting. But I kind of felt like while they are speaking, their focus of eyes was not on the camera, so it was kind of distractive. But other then that, it was very good video.

Nice video, I like how you led your presentation into the hippies presentation, in the end. The transitions were very clear and the I loved the little skits, that made everything very clear and entertaining. I've never heard of Lyndon before, but with your information, I learned a lot.

ReplyDeleteThis groupe showed that they comunicate with each other very well. As they were presenting plus that they were acting on the back of the speaker it was very helpful to wach this movie. After that I have more clear picture of Lyndon B. Johnson.
I thought that everything was fairly well done. The props were good, the informations were good, and the editing were good. I learned a lot of new things in this video which were good. It was a good video.

It made sure that the video did not become boring, and kept me interested. Thanks to you, I was able to learn more about Lyndon B Johnson's presidency, and the social, political, and economic changes that came with it. Good job.

You could tell that this video was really well planned out and organized. I enjoyed watching it, and the mini-skits that went on in the background were cute. There was a lot of detail in the information and for someone like me with not much knowledge about Lyndon, this was a great presentation to learn about him!

I enjoyed watching this video. The facts were presented smoothly, and the acting (voting, buying records) made the main point of each section clear, not to mention entertaining. :)
This group seemed well prepared, and the use of props is more than adequate. ^w^)b
The organization was clear and easy to follow, thanks to the headlines at the bottom of the screen.

The introduction is strong and it grabs audience attention. The voting scene was a demonstration that express the idea of voting during Johnson’s presidency. Johnson is one of the president that had more failure than success. The use of scenes at the back of the speaker really create the connection with the audience and it certainly support the speaker’s information.
ReplyDeleteHere is one president that I had no idea about. Through this very detailed video I could get a general idea of Johnson's presidency. I liked how for each of the political, social, and economic aspects of his presidency, the members first gave a brief overview and then acted out some parts. Like Angela mentioned, the scene that most caught my attention was the voting scene. Great work!
